Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is handmade, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Custom Orders
We love creating custom pieces! Please message us with your ideas. Custom orders may require extra time and are final sale.
Cancellations
We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order will already be in progress and cannot be canceled.
